These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neongenlifeinsurance.com (the "Site"), operated by NeonGen Systems LLC ("NeonGen," "we," "us," or "our") under the consumer-facing brand NeonGen Life Insurance. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What the Site is — and isn't

The Site provides information about life insurance and final expense coverage and a way to request follow-up from Andre Farley, a licensed Texas life insurance agent operating through NeonGen Life Insurance. Nothing on the Site is a contract of insurance, an offer of coverage, a guarantee of eligibility or rates, or financial, legal, or tax advice. NeonGen Systems LLC is not an insurance carrier. Insurance products are issued and underwritten by third-party insurance carriers, and all coverage is subject to the carrier's underwriting approval, policy terms, and state availability.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to submit a request through the Site.

Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree that Andre and NeonGen may contact you about your request using the information you provide, consistent with our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent disclosure.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by NeonGen Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeonGen Systems LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
